Rose Moon Ritual
An ancestral moon bath ritual for beauty, self-love, and peace.
The Rose is a symbol of pure love and has a powerful effect on the spiritual state of one’s heart. Rose petals have the medicinal power to help and move and open a heart that has been broken and tightened emotionally and spiritually. I’ve been reading + practicing Ancestral beauty regimens and rituals for quite some time. I find it therapeutic and fascinating; even in my own family, I remember witnessing such beautiful and intuitive practices.
In honor of the beginning of the Summer Solstice, I’m sharing one of my beloved meditations and soothing baths to connect to the divine feminine energy, which we so desperately need at the moment. Enjoy and feel free to share with someone that needs pure love and healing.

ROSE moon RITUAL
The Prep:
You will need a rose herbal tea and a rose milk bath.
Fill your bathtub with warm to hot water.
Add about 1/3 cup of a rose milk bath + three tablespoons of the herbal rose tea. Let steep for about a minute.
Gently touch the water to ensure it’s not too hot and slowly emerge your body inside the bathtub.
The Ritual:
Lay in a comfortable, restful position. Enter into meditation, focusing on your breath. Set your intention and ask the moon to send you her visions. Allow a feeling of spaciousness, calmness, and alertness to fill each breath. When you feel an overwhelming sense of peaceful energy, the time is right; affirm to the divine moon that you are ready to receive her message.
Listen closely to every clue, vision, and feeling. Have your journal and pen ready to jot down everything you receive. Once this portal opens, you will likely feel tired and confused; do not worry. It’s a sign that your energy aligns with the moon's power. Start any visions or projects you received so they will manifest promptly. Have a beautiful ritual, and let the moon's magic bless you with anything you desire. You deserve it!
